We will take your ideas and desires and fully design every element of your wedding day, from the invitations to the welcome table.

In addition to finding the best hotel blocks for your guests, we will manage your wedding website of choice and manage RSVPs. We’ll ensure all dietary restrictions are taken care of so you don’t have to worry about it.

We will include additional rentals into your package, including a complementary mirror seating chart with chart card design, card box, and reserved seating signs.

We will meet a month beforehand to understand your needs better and to plan your day-of timeline. We take this time to ensure you feel totally comfortable leading up to the wedding.

This package opens up the possibility of a rehearsal, where we can guide you and your party with patience and kindness. Everyone leaves feeling calm & ready.

We take the stress out of vendor communication. We make sure your vendors are all on the same page, all their dietary restrictions are met, and that they’re prepared and know exactly where to go and when on the day-of.

We will create the timeline to ensure nothing is missed. We will meet to discuss details and to ensure you feel totally comfortable leading up to the wedding.

We’ll also give you a custom planning spreadsheet full of planning resources, discount codes, recommended vendors, and exclusive vendor deals, so that we can still help you with planning even if you didn’t book us for it!
