This is the best package for a luxury planning experience. It adds all of the perks of the partial planning package but allows you to spend far less time planning and designing, and more time enjoying your life.
We will meet up to 10 times to make sure the planning and design process is heading exactly where you want it to. We will be your guide in every aspect of wedding planning.
We will open up our calendars to additional availability for vendor consultations & in-person meetings.
This is the perfect package for those looking to elevate the design of their wedding. We will create the unforgettable wedding you dream about.
In addition to finding the best hotel blocks for your guests, we will manage your wedding website of choice and manage RSVPs. We’ll ensure all dietary restrictions are taken care of so you don’t have to worry about it.

Partial Wedding Planning

We make sure your entire wedding experience is as stress-free as possible. We handle logistics and personalize a plan.

We fully manage your vendors, making sure you don’t need to worry about who is taking out the trash or refilling the dessert table. Your DJ will always know when to start.

Wedding Management (AKA Coordination)

Full-service day-of wedding management, designed specifically around your unique wedding. We manage all of the vendors and coordinate each detail. A step beyond just “Day-of Coordination.”
We will meet a month beforehand to understand your needs better and to plan your day-of timeline. We take this time to ensure you feel totally comfortable leading up to the wedding.
We’re there on your Rehearsal Day to guide you and your party with patience and kindness. Everyone leaves feeling calm & ready.
We take the stress out of vendor communication. We make sure your vendors are all on the same page throughout the month and on the day-of.
We will review your contracts to make sure nothing is missed and all loose ends are tied.

Wedding Planning Meeting Structure
And never worry: We can switch it up to meet your needs.
1st meeting: We’ll set priorities, determine a planning timeline, review your budget, and provide you with actionable items
2nd meeting: We’ll meet to discuss your design goals, discuss layouts, florals, color palettes, table settings, attire, etc.
3rd meeting: We check in to see how things are going.
4th meeting: We can either do an in-person venue walkthrough or meet virtually to cover questions and determine next steps.
Final meeting: We pull together everything we’ve planned together, and decide on a final floor layout and day-of timeline. We’ll lay out your final 4 weeks (which will be very easy from this point) and schedule your Rehearsal Time.
In the larger planning package, additional meetings will be related to your unique wedding’s specific needs. This could be related to design, layout, art, or entertainment.
